Motherland Editorial

Motherland is an editorial photoshoot exploring the cultural shift toward ancestral intuition and against modern technology, highlighting the revitalization of craftsmanship and natural dye techniques. The garments featured were made by small-scale artisans and designers. The love of craft, care, and creation is an act deeply missed in our modern culture, and is an act we hope to highlight. The featured garnet maxi skirt, olive bustier, and mother of pearl earrings and necklace were designed and created by myself.
